SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
SHIPPING
The products ordered on opulentfashiondistrict.com are delivered within 24-48 hours from the order confirmation date. All orders placed in weekends (Saturday or Sunday) are processed and sent with courier starting with the first day of the week. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, as we cover all shipping fees, ONLY IN ROMANIA.
The products that are not currently on stock will be delivered within 2-5 days from the order confirmation date.

RETURN
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days according to Emergency Order No. 34/2014. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including protective elements, label, to be complete (accesories etc.) and show no damage. The product must not be used and the protective accessories not been removed and must contain all elements in the original condition, so we would be able to resold it as a new product. If the product shows signs of use or elements that have been removed, so we are unable to sold it as a new product, THE WITHDRAWAL/RETURN CANNOT TAKE PLACE. The product must be accompanied by the tax invoice, receipt and every document that have been sent to the buyer.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For the purchased products that are damaged at the time of the delivery, the customer MUST notify us within 24 hours of product delivery.
WE MENTION THAT EVERY PRODUCT COMES WITH AN OFFICIAL OPULENT FASHION DISTRCT SEAL, PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE SEAL. IF THE SEAL IS REMOVED, THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE RETURNED.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at opulentfashiondistrict@gmail.com.
SHIPPING ITEMS
To return your product, start by sending us an e-mail at opulentfashiondistrict@gmail.com for more details.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
